"Excellent appointment with Dr. B. Was escorted in and filled out required forms before a brief wait to see the doctor. He came in to where I was waiting and it was obvious he had studied my files as he knew when and where my next appointment was and even gave me suggestions as to what to ask them. I have an upcoming appointment with the urology clinic in the West LA hospital on August 11th and now have some question to ask them during the appointment. The doctor also discussed future plans for appointments depending on what transpires from my urology visit. All in all, this appointment was excellent."

"Between adrian and the old doc Monique Willis and now add Jessica to the list. They put you on hold for over 5 minutes then I hang up and call back same old way. Willis and adrian told me every time I called to call west la patient experience office to make appt. have over 100 emails I sent ask appointment that we’re ifnored. Dr B and the nursing staff and the PA are great once you get past the rude staff in the front"
