"My doctor and nurse are amazing but the call service is horrible. Every time I call to either schedule a appointment or to leave a message for my nurse I can never get through. They really need to fix this"

"This place has lied to me over and over again about my Healthcare. It all started with me trying to setup an appointment to see a primary care doctor back in early Dec. (almost 2 months ago) only to have them call out last minute. I've been trying to get cleared for surgery since then. I've seen multiple NP's/doctors and they keep pushing my appointments further and further away as well as giving me misinformation. It took me weeks just to even see a primary care doctor, and when I did I wasn't given the proper Healthcare that I needed. Most of the people that I have come into contact with here are impatient and don't really try their best to diagnose you. I've been needing to see someone because of new symptoms too and they last minute changed my appointment to a phone visit instead of in-person without asking me. The last time I got a phone visit they didn't even know what they were calling me about. I had an x-ray done on my heart prior to that, and the NP didn't even feel the need to explain my results to me. They have each call on file which is the reason why I thought it was ridiculous. I've seen a surgeons office outside of this network to try and pay out of pocket and they told me that I needed to get surgery done ASAP + gave me a surgery date right away. They keep making excuses to not see me and it's exhausting because I'm going through so much with my health right now. Do yourself a favor, don't come to this clinic. They'll give you the run around and when you finally see someone, they might not even diagnose you properly."

"Customer service is great but my toddler doctor is the one I’m disappointed on . She is been taking care of my baby since he was a baby and he is almost 3 and she didn’t even notice he had autism. I found out he had autism cause of some other sources . But If I knew before he would of gotten services way sooner . A pediatrician should know all about a child’s development. Also not very informative nor I get the resources I need. Plus she always looks like she is in a hurry ."

"If I could I'd give this clinic less than 1 star. They are so unprofessional. They clearly don't communicate with each other much less with the patients. The in-house pharmacy they have is just as bad. They had us going back and fourth for some damn pills. The only reason this place is still open is because they are city funded. The only reason they are city funded is because the city isnt trying to spend the money on it's people. Typical politics"

"Sadly, have had an awful experience at this clinic and Dr Monteclaro. I went in for an appointment which required a follow up with a specialist and a full blood test. I was told, I would be contacted with the results of my tests and a referral within a week. After a week and a half I called back to hear they could not find my results and I still had no referral. This process repeated 5 MORE TIMES!!!! Where the nurse on the phone promised me I would receive a call from them or Dr. Monteclaro within a few hours once it was sorted out. 6 TIMES no call back. its now over two months later and I still have NO RESULTS of my blood test and finally have a referral code to my specialist which I now have to wait another 4 weeks to see. Aside from this, the staff is surly, seemingly overworked and lacks patience and people skills. Have never experienced this low level of quality from a medical office before. I cannot understand how this facility has not been shut down for utter neglect. I cannot recommend them in any way."
