"My son has been going here since a new born. During my pregnancy I did my prenatal care here and had issues. I got in touch with Medi-Cal because they would never answer the phone. It was funny. After I had my baby, I continue to tell my doctor that something was wrong with my breast. They told me because of Covid I had to be seen over the phone. I told my Dr. you need to see my breast at one time I called them in tears and told them I was having pain in my breast. When I kept calling and getting in touch with him and trying to find out what was going on with my schedule biopsy, I could never get in touch with no one. They never called me about the biopsy when I finally got in touch with my doctor. She said I told them to call and schedule it. I got nothing. I knew something was wrong when she saw my breast before she said it was just a brick of milk and head let it flow with her hands on her hips. Knowing something was not right I went to Planned Parenthood and got some test done. At this point I found out I have stage two cancer in my right breast, the same place where the brick and milk was, as soon as the doctor saw it at planned parenthood she said I don’t like what it look like and sent me out for test and that’s how I found out. Why would I have to go to a free clinic to find out something I should’ve found out from my doctor. My son has been hospitalized twice I waited almost a month for appointments to come here one minute late and not be able to be seen. I am done with this place. I will be changing my doctor for my son , they don’t care it’s a job! I’ve dealt with this clinic because it’s close to my house but they not be seen after he’s been hospitalized twice because of a minute is ridiculous to me. Trust me they’re not that busy. Just lazy when they don’t answer the phone it’s because they’re sitting there at the desk talking about personal stuff instead of working like they supposed to be doing and getting paid for. I have had my last issue with them I will be contacting medical again to change the doctor a child that been hospitalized twice and waiting almost a month for an appointment is not ok with me!"

"This place is a gem I have being coming for the last year and it does not disappoint!!! My dr Malony is what a dr should be;she listen to you and she is so compassionate (rare those days) her assistant lupe is amazing she irradiated my ears with such care and professional , I feel blessed and secured with my health!!!!"

"WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!!!!! I made an appointment to see my foot was alright just when they asked me to get my xray and called back for results, they told me I'd had to wait for almost 3months. It's been awhile now and just when I finally got a call from these people, they say we have to RESCHEDULE FOR MY XRAY RESULTS FOR MORE THAN 2 MORE MONTHS EVEN IF THEY HAD MY XRAYS IN THEIR OFFICE. My foot is alot better no thanks to them and I don't recommend anyone coming here for help."
