"I have found this company to be the worst company with which to do business. As others have said, I strongly recommend to do not work with this company or book with any hotel that uses them. Through a mistake of Expedia, the wrong date was booked. Expedia reached out to ResorTime to process a refund, but even though this request was done within minutes of the booking, ResorTime refused to process the refund. Run away from this company with all speed."

"Poor Customer Service I have the same opinion as the other reviews regarding customer service. This is not a customer friendly company for your travel needs. If there is any changes or modifications that may arise they will not accommodate you at all. Plus the customer service representative tend to have a rude tone when speaking with them. I would recommend booking with a proper hotel chain when traveling."

"Disappointed in the customer service department. I can relate, not quite as devastating as the previous reviewer but similarly had to cancel a reservation pre paid unfortunately within the 7 day period because my son was admitted to hospital. I used the website to send several messages indicating we would not be using the reservation but I realized since it was a busy holiday weekend (easter) if they could rent the condo unit, perhaps we could receive credit for future stay. I never requested a refund but also never heard back from anyone and we u been using resort time time shares for last 8+ years. I also left messages and requested callback on the automated system which is impossible to reach a live person. It was only after the resort contacted me the following day after we did not check in that I was able to speak to a live person who basically said they received no messages either thru website or voicemail from my number or email since 2018. Ok sure thing resort time. No thanks. d-o-n-e...do yourself a favor and AVOID this outfit. Totally bummed because we really enjoy their resorts but not the customer service."

"Nightmare in Hawaii. After my daughter got engaged, I wanted to give them a gift of a honeymoon on Kauai. I got online and attempted to make a reservation through these guys at a resort on Kauai. My online attempt with these people failed (or so I thought). I never received any confirmation of my attempted booking, so I proceeded to book a room for them at a different resort. Unbeknownst to me, they charged my card 1,700. When someone called months later to confirm this "phantom" booking, I'd assumed it was for the resort that I actually booked with and didn't think further about it. When we discovered the error when my daughter didn't show up the first day at this unknown place, these guys refused to give us any consideration, as in they insisted on charging us for all future unused days. They also refused to give us any credit at any of their other properties. To add insult to injury, on the day of my daughter's wedding in Hawaii, my father died. Then a few hours later, my wife's father also died. My daughter had to cut her honeymoon short to return to the mainland for her grandfathers' funerals. Would these guys give us one ounce of consideration for these events or any unused days? H--- no!!!! They'd grabbed their money and that's all they care about. I am hoping if their corporate greed and nonexisitent service isn't enough to dissuade you from ever using these money-grubbing pirates, that you look elsewhere in honor of my daughter's deceased grandfathers."
