"Minus 10 star!!!! For Cashier tonight Nov 26, 2023 @ 8:20pm & possibly owner standing next to her. Worst customer service ever experienced and the possible owner allowed it and did not step in. I was honest enough to let her know I wasted a coffee cup because two of their brewed coffees were cold. Instead of checking and giving the PAYING customer the benefit of the doubt, she argued and was rude! Stay away from this place that doesn’t know how to honor honesty! After her rude response I asked her to check the coffee and she said “no, we just made it and know it’s not cold”. “No, I don’t have to check anything”. Her 4 years of “customer service” is questionable! Maybe next time, I’ll just trash the cup and keep my mouth shut! Please don’t respond with “please contact us at….” Just correct the problem which apparently isn’t a new one based on other reviews. Sounds like the same cashier “Latina” or “Mexican American” looking one."

"I was just in the store and the Latina cashier was the rudest cashier I ever met. She tried rushing me and was not helpful and after correcting her mistake she just said "well is there anything else". She was smart not to give me her name because I would literally post on it here with caps that she should no longer be working as a cashier without more customer service training."
