"Apparently Sandra hasn't changed her ways! Very rude and disrespectful to my elderly mother. Literally scolded her over the phone saying that the agency wasn't responsible for printing airline tickets, that it was a courtesy....funny thing is that the question my mother had was not related to printing anything. Sandra went off on a huge rant when I tried to help my mother. At the end of the day the service she provide was not free, she need to show respect for the people that are paying for services. We will not be returning."
