"Please dont waste you valuable time when it comes to the company! we went to this company with cash in hand regarding purchasing a trip that was advertised to me and my family. When going to complete the transaction we where then told that there was a 3.5% charge that was going to be input into the pricing due to processing fees. when trying to explain to the rep/manager in charge Solita C Hines she explained to me that the advertising did not have the fine print of the pricing but that the company tells you verbally. ! Unfortunately, we had input trust and time into this company by taking time off for work and making arrangements to experience this trip. There was no resolutions for the inconvenience i feel like this company takes advantage of people that are looking to experience a trip that is affordable but then charges hidden fees on the side verbally. this is completely unacceptable, Complaints when be initiated and followed up within time due to the issues"
