"I love every Doctor I've seen. They listen to my health concerns when I ask questions. They're very patient with me and that's rare to find these days. But that office manager Gloria and everyone works under her should be replaced. It's seem every month I call I have to be on hold for 2 hrs or more. I called this morning and I was caller 2 in line it would take up to 12min and 45 seconds to answer my call. Well, that turned into 2 hrs later and the phone hung up. This has been going on for months now. I finally get someone on the phone but I had to push for billing (of course) for someone to answer. Get the office manager Gloria on the phone and explained to her that I've been trying to get through since the 21st and it's now the 27th I explained to her that we have things to do to and can't be sitting on the phone for hrs at a time im busy and have things to do and her responds was that their busy to and have things to do also. I was caller 2 lady on the call log and was on hold 2 hours. Make that make sense"

"I been going for the pass year and I honestly haven’t experienced no bad vibes with any doctor ,the only problem for me was just the wait time to get seen take a good min but rather than that I am cool with that place"

"Of all staff members picking up the lines for appointments, I recommend asking for Briana, she shows concern for all patients that she comes across and gets things done, she makes notes, making sure nothing gets missed, and you are never treated as a number but as a human should be treated. I vote for her to be the next new supervisor to replace Malena some day soon. She helps patients expediting appointment, referrals, prescriptions, etc, anything she has control over. As you may have already read complaints on this office of rude personnel and staff members, Briana is the exception to the rule, she makes a great effort in treating all patients equally, and greets you on the phone as if she's known you for a long time, take the time to get to know her, she is not perfect as no one of us are, but she makes an effort, as others don't care to, as all she is missing are wings, so please show her the respect and kindness she deserves for making an effort, considering she at times has to deal with some tough cookies, as in discontent patients with hostile personalities. If you as a patient or a loved one of a patient, team up with Briana to make your appointments and Dr. M, as your pain management provider you would have made your day successful. "Had to wait outside for about 45 min one doctor did not come in. I do think that this office over book. I believe that if you are going to make people wait out side the you should at least have a place for people to sit. In the shade maybe with some of the money this place makes they could invest in a tent for there patience. I Would like to give a update i believe that this place is making changes for the best. I seen a major change there was about a 10 minute wait i was in and out in a hour i was very impressed with the service today they did not over book patience the bathrooms were very clean and so was the waiting room and the room where you see the doctor. I would like to say I was very satisfied with the service I believe now they are serving patients in a proper manner. I hope they continue doing what they do."
