Dr. Nisar was the neonatologist that saw my son for his first 3 appointments and every time he was funny and kind and willing to answer all 1 million questions my husband and I had. The onsite pharmacy and lab is like a gift, not having to worry about going to pick up a prescription or getting blood work done at another location. My care here has been personalized, easy, and quick. I am just grateful I made the change."

"Not quite happy with pharmacist consultation ( wears glasses ,he is white and bald ) he ignores the clerk and he took a while to come to help me too. He also suggested that a Centrum Adult is good for a 12 year old ..and all mixed up with the instructions on a gel for arthritis ..the box said don’t apply it in 2 parts of the body @ the same time and he said it was ok .. In the past I had a great experience with the Asían pharmacist very nice"

"I am new to Kaiser and saw Dr. Joice Rhee. She was absolutely amazing and listened patiently to all my concerns and ran all the tests and imaging to check some of my issues. Everything ended up coming out fine I felt very reassured. I have had some negative experiences with providers in the past and it was such a nice change to have a provider listen and order the tests to make sure I was ok. The office staff is very fast and efficient and everything was done quickly with almost no wait time."
