"DO NOT OVERBOOK!!! They book like 20 patients in a 30 min window. And we have to wait 2-3 hours just to get 3 min with the doctor. Who doesn’t even read the chart and just wants labs done or anything to charge the insurance. That is very inconsiderate of patient’s time. To assume they can waste 3 hours of their life just to ask for labs and not actually care for them, while disregarding their actual needs/health."

"This is the first time in 48 years I’ve had doctors completely dismiss my complaints and symptoms, essentially calling me a liar. I can’t believe she is a licensed practitioner. I hope if anyone sees this, you’ll consider other options for your care. She doesn’t care and is not invested in her patients. Nor is the man who acts on behalf of the dr. Signs forms, rx, referrals, etc with Dr. Singhs signature."

"Dr singh is a wonderful Dr. we have been here many times and trust her judgment. She gives you facts about when to worry or not and even is willing to give alternatives if you ask. She also has great bedside manner. We love her"

"I usually don’t leave reviews but this office is THAT bad. I’ve been coming here for a while and every time I walk out of the building I say it’ll be my last time but I’m officially fed up. I’ve had so many radiology appointments cancelled due to the front desk failing to submit paperwork…even a staff from Kern Radiology said they deal with having to reschedule clients who come from this office due to lack of paperwork. Also, in Sept 2023, I made an appointment for some health issues and they forgot about me in the office until closing time. A nurse was shocked to see me sitting in a room as she was closing up and didn’t even know my name! The Dr told me to wait patiently and left! I’ve been nervous to change Drs but honestly I don’t think it gets worse than this. You will NOT get the medical treatment you deserve at this location."

"I go here for all of my check ups and I’ve never had a complaint. The office is clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful when I have questions. I always make an appointment ahead of time so I don’t wait very long either."
