"My experience with this medical facility was very positive. The young ladies at the front desk weee very pleasant and attentive. I didn’t have to wait long before being brought back and having my vitals taken. The medical assistant was professional and explained everything very thoroughly. The doctor entered and I was greeted with a smile, handshake and he began going over my medical history. He listened to all of my concerns and ordered all necessary labs. He asked if I needed any refills in my medications and was very considerate. I usually always allow myself two to three hours when I schedule an appointment at a medical group or urgent care because you never know exactly what urgent matters might arrive prior to your visit. I’m happy I had a great experience with them and I hope others will give this facility an opportunity to showcase their professionalism without bias from prior experiences you may have endured. Changes are being made, positive changes and I’m looking forward to pursuing my future health and wellbeing visits with this medical group. Don’t judge a book by its cover, don’t always go off of the negative reviews. We don’t know what may or may not have happened with their experience. "Premier Medical Group on white lane never answers their calls for questions or appointments. The only department that answers calls is their referral department. I can’t believe Dr. don’t fix this issue and replace their front office staff. They should just close their doors for good since they don’t want to talk to patients."

"I was on omni and I move here without chech anything about them. Now I have 2wks trying to make an appointment, and they say the clerk is busy, we'll send massage and she calls you back. Now they know my number and don't answer my call. Please go anywhere else but not here."

"Normally I check reviews prior to any new visits. However, I failed to do so b4 becoming a patient here and that was a huge mistake. My anxiety and blood pressure always spike whenever I come to my appointments. I’ve come to realize this place makes me not only physically but literally ill! Somehow my readings are normal elsewhere and home. There’s some evil mojo n evil energy n the building! Fix it Lord Jesus! I’ll definitely b changing my PCP tomorrow and possibly filing a grievance. I forgot to mention my therapist is the best at this location. She’s truly God sent."

"This place really needs a makeover, like ASAP. Compared to the other urgent care on Panama right up the road, this place looks ancient. The initial feeling upon walking in to this place is like it'll be my last. Some staff are nice but mainly the girl at front desk was kind of rude. It's easy to get lost in here if it's your first time here as there aren't many exit signs to show where to go. Just because most of us coming here are on Kern Family doesn't mean we don't deserve a clean environment at the doctors office. I guess I shouldn't expect much though since the hospital it's tied to is also run down and old. If they took as much pride in the appearance of their company buildings like the other clinic does I mentioned the experience here would be much better I think."
