"My first time being seen here, due to my primary MD unable to see me this week. I called and spoke with Estela. She was kind and professional on the phone. Was able to set up an appointment, with asking appropriate questions. Today was my appointment. The courtyard has a huge Magnolia tree, as their are other professional offices there. Due to the current Covid, they limit the amount of patient, in the office. The office itself was bigger than I expected. Dr Richard Nguyen saw me. He was courteous, thorough, and available for questions. The office staff kept me informed of me being seen while I was outside waiting and contacted me the day before. They offered an online portal, to access medical records which will be helpful. I believe that they have gained a permanent client in me. Being a Registered Nurse, I know what to expect and what not to expect from an office visit. I was impressed! They do speak Spanish, as well. Thank you very much for a wonderful visit!"
