"The lady Lupe (about 5'4 with black hair) was terrible. My arm still hurts from her drawing my blood more than 7 hours ago. Lupe just stabbed my vein so HARD with the needle & than she YANKED the needle out quickly. Lupe either didn't like her job/she needs more TRAINING. I get my blood tests every few months, but this was the first time I was sent to Quest & it was a painful experience. Lupe said, I was a bleeder. But normally I am not and usually other professionals just leave a tiny dot of blood on the cotton. Due to Lupe's poor skills, I bled through the four layers of cotton. Even after I took off the cotton, I seen more blood on the cut Lupe left on my arm from the needle. I even bruised from the needle which is not normal. Lupe was beyond rough, my arm hurts inside, it is bruised & cut on the vein. Lupe traumatized me from going back to Quest. I heard some not so pleasant things about that particular location. I wouldn't recommend going there."

"Lady jabbed the needle in my arm with no warning and fished around for a vein. I have never had a problem getting my blood drawn until today."

"2600 Oxnard Quest. There is a large, very unpleasant, heavy-handed rude, nurse named Sarah and I advise everyone to avoid having to be under her needle. I’m a compassionate person and I’m sorry she doesn’t have plans for her birthday or Thanksgiving but it’s like she took that out on me and left my arm completely swollen and hurting, still over 7hrs later.For one vial of blood. Mind you two days prior. I had to give six tubes of blood which was taken by a wonderful, kind, sweet nurse named Jessica. Which is why I am still giving stars at all. She deserves five by her self. She’s also injected my toddler, sweet and smooth, but I would never let this Sarah woman touch my child or anyone I care about or stranger because it was just so unprofessional . No. Blood makes me nauseous and I let both nurses now prior to my injections (hCG test two days apart). Tell me why when I open my eyes, sarah has the blood sitting right in front of me and I had to cover in my mouth after her, stabbing me, and then completely disregarding my wishes, my clear wishes as clear as this post .This Sarah helped distract me by telling her unfortunate no plan for her birthday I think took her feelings out on me. Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I’m sitting here, icing my arm unable to let her wild behavior go. Just take care of yourself and your loved ones and avoid her. A large Caucasian frowning nurse name, Sarah."

"This is my new favorite location to get labs done. The self kiosk makes it that much easier and convenient. Wait time has never been long the three times I have been here. Almost in and out, pretty fast compared to any other place,even while busy. Most times people schedule appointments and they fit in walk ins in between. All staff are kind and professional. Thank you for you fast and efficient service!"

"We went to this location to get blood drawn for our 11 month old baby. We were so lucky to get Staci. They couldn’t find the labs because the pediatricians office spelled our daughters last name wrong. Staci called for us and was so patient while the process was being resolved. She was a pro at drawing our daughters blood and make us feel at ease. Our daughter did great and didn’t even cry! Amazing experience!! Thank you Staci!!"
