"If I could give them a -5 I would. They hounded me and hounded me to do the sleep study. I pick up the equipment at their center which is very difficult to find. I wear it for 3 days and turn it back in. Weeks go by I don't hear from them. I finally get a call telling me that the equipment didn't record enough information and that I need to do the study again for one more night. They dropped off the equipment which was cool. I wore it for one night. They came and picked it up which was very nice. Then I never heard from them again. I left messages. I called and called. They know it's my number so they purposely don't pick up. When I called before Charlie would pick up righ here.t away. If you actually want help for your sleep apnea don't go here."

"I needed a sleep study- I emailed the facility and they responded within a day! Not only did they tell me what I had to pay out of pocket BEFORE scheduling any appt- THEY OFFER PAYMENT PLANS!!!! I had a home sleep test device within 2 days , wore it for 2 nights and had my results within 3 days! The lady I spoke with was very thorough and explained to me step by step and my results( my MD hasn’t Called me) but I appreciate getting the courtesy call. It was easy to do and DEFINITELY BEAT STAYING OVER NIGHT in the center!"

"After having 3 appointment no problem. My next schedule appointment i end up in urgent care witch was a emergency. Then they asked to reschedule and i stressed when can shoot for sunday so we schedule for sunday.. Sunday come and i cant make do to work the lady who called me witch was a technician advised me it was ok it would be no problem to reschedule and id be getting a call and explaining tueday and Wednesday is my day off. Wenday come i get a invoice stating i owe them money and after talking to "Dezy Rangel" the manger of billing and explaining exactly what i was told and the situation still have to..... IF YOUR ON MEDI-CAL OR GOLD COAST INSURANCE AND MENTAL HEALTH PATIENT DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE THEY ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING. I WILL NOW STRESS ABOUT HAVING TO PAY THIS BILL.. IF U NEED TO GOT OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTY PLEASE DO THAT INSTEAD.. DEFINITELY A CASE OF THERE WORD AGAINST YOURS. THANKS OXNARD SLEEP DISORDER AS A MENTAL HEALTH PATIENT YOU CAUSED ME TO STRESS THIS WHOLE MONTH. God bless."
