"The young woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful. She has an attitude and has made this experience extremely unpleasant. I hope this office seeks better front desk staff."

"I was there for 2 hours and 20 min All they did was check my blood pressure and temperature and asked me to wait. I had to leave because I had an appointment. I asked the receptionist if I come back. She was annoyed and said quote, “ you can try and come back maybe they’ll see you” then she just got on the phone. Very rude"

"I went here once a while back for general check up with Dr. Victoria, and even upon first visit she was a huge gossip. I could hear her talking about me loudly whenever the door to room I was in opened. Unprofessional."

"My son 10 month old got tested for covid and the results were "positive", we have not been in contact with anyone who has covid or has symptoms so we all got tested including my 10 month old again and we all came out negative, so either the clinic is giving out wrong test or just giving false positive to patients, at the end of the visit I got a Summary of the visit and in the paper work it was not noted that my son got swabed for covid or that he "came out positive" this clinic needs to get it together and figure out how to properly make patient discharge documents."

"They don’t answer their calls right away, if/when they do they put you on hold for a long time (I’m pretty sure hoping you will hang up), if you leave a regular message or an urgent message wether on the voicemail service or with an actual person, chances are you will NOT get a professional call back. No where on their website is there a place to contact someone to make a suggestion or complaint. The online number to urgent care is the same as the clinic so if you have an urgent care question on the weekend you need to actually drive in. I called the entire last hour of the day on Friday and no one answered the phones, not to mention the three times during the week that I was left on hold long enough to take up my entire work break and never get to talk to someone, terrible service from the receptionist. I hope someone in management sees this review and makes changes at this clinic because it is a huge disservice for working patient’s who have your doctors as their primary care physicians. This is unfortunate since there are some workers on the inside and doctor’s who are great. Receptionist please do your job happily and well otherwise find a better position that suit’s you, this is very frustrating as a working parent."
