"Dr. Cynthia Rose Rabinov was my E-N-T [Otorhinolaryngology: Ear, Nose, Throat] doctress when she and I the patient were both in Bakersfield, CA.. I was her patient maybe twice, some years apart here in Bakersfield. She was priority occupied I suspect, and in thought/certainty surgicalwise. She made the correct assessment for me as a patient. I remember that she did mention I was the patient that had the longest oral midline uvula she had ever seen. I am now age 53 going on to age 54, and I will score superior to age on United Nations Day October 24th, 2021, although I was born on that day in the year 1967, which is four years prior to full recognizance of United Nations Day established on October 24th, 1971. My hometown is Moorpark, California. I am still entirely on my own, from birth, the very last production child from Wanda Lee (Davis) Skelly Adams Rocco (07/07/1927-01/14/2020) and John Presley/Prestley Skelly (05/07/1925-10/16/1998). I was their fifth and final, born the fastest of all 5 offspring, born chronologically: 1 female living now age 74 delivered by Dr. Mary Hendricks. Next, four sibling males/brothers including me at the terminous. The second offspring was/is deceased, he was/is: U.S. Army Specialist Four Steven Gene Skelly (11/17/1948-11/13/1969), a fatal casualty of the Vietnam War conflict. Third, fourth, and fifth offspring, male siblings, all living ages 68, 55, and 53 [me] delivered at 1:05 PM P.D.T. in Simi Valley, CA., U.S.A.. Dr. Wallace Y. Nishikawa delivered me. He is now deceased. I am glad to know that Dr. Cynthia Rose Rabinov can honor full patient privacy, when it comes to discussing surgery. It has yet to be seen as performed by her, respectively."
