"We visited in March 2023 and we woke up to a flooded bathroom. And the smell of the shower drain was horrible as well. When we approached the front desk to let them know, they said we had put paper towels in the bathroom which wasn’t the case. They didn’t even apologize and blamed us for the flooded bathroom when we just got there exhausted the night before just to sleep. They refused to give us any sort of discount and the young lady at the front dest was rude. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend."
"Good place to stay near the airport LAX. Clean spacious rooms. Many restaurants in walking distance. Area feels good enough, looks a bit shady but is fine honestly. Street is lit during the night which is great. Easy to get an Uber to the airport early in the morning."
"Good for the price! I stayed only one night, I was going to the concert of my life at the Kia Forum, so I didn't pay attention to small details, but the price was the most affordable I could find close to the forum, my room was very clean, the A/C worked perfectly, there were places to eat around and it was close to the airport, I needed to do local phone calls and that helped me a lot, also the wifi worked just fine. Everything went great with the staff but just one person in the morning kill my whole positive vibe. His attitude was not the best, and it would be better if they were flexible with checking out late (I don’t think 20min after 11am will kill anybody), waiting at the front desk for your room to be ready or allowed luggage storage, I understand this last one must be risky but that will make the experience way better. Besides that I was pleased to find this place."
"Decent! You got what you paid. They have spacious room so it is good to organize luggages here. The $7 parking fee is quite affordable. The only thing I help they can improve is cleanliness. There is few hairs on the table and bathtub. Overall, based on how much you pay this is quite a good room and would come back again."
