"Honestly, they're the worst."

"If you're looking for a way to spend 3 hours/week for over three months, simply hoping to get a prescription written correctly and sent to the correct pharmacy, this is the place for you! If you get a referral sent to the office before your visit, pay your copay, you'll still find yourself stuck with a bill because something got lost in the revolving door of poor souls who find themselves working in this terrible excuse for a medical office. Adding insult to injury, they've got me stuck navigating their game of responsibility hot potato, and will not allow me to submit my referral while I have the good (HA!) fortune of being on the phone with them to ensure it gets added to my file. I wish Google reviews would accept negative stars."

"I was referred over 3 weeks ago and cannot schedule an appointment- was told their “referral coordinator” has to call me. I attempted to call again today. First time I was hung up on. Second time I was told the manager would call me back and hung up on again. I’m not holding my breath. I will gladly go to another facility- if it’s this hard to even get an appointment I don’t want to see what the rest of your clinic is like. Review update- got a text today saying they’ve tried to call me multiple times. I immediately called back and it was not the manager Monica, who I was told would contact me- it was a Bianca. I let her know they had not tried or left me any messages and that was a downright lie and let them know not to contact me again. I will be filing a grievance against their office with blue shield today for their utter mistreatment of patients."

"They have had my records for over a month now. Each time I call to check on whether the records have been reviewed, they claim they can't locate them until, oh looky, they found them but they haven't gotten to them yet. This office is clueless and no one can be seen or helped in a timely fashion nowadays. Go somewhere else!"
