The doctors were great but one staff member in the back was rude on one of my visits and ignored me because I spoke up the visit before and also the front desk only are rude aswell. They made it seems like the money part is more important. I want to be somewhere where I feel comfortable and not just a clipboard. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that feeling there"

She is definitely not the customer service type. It's a shame that the front desk doesn't mirror the rest of the team. Makes me wonder how much business they lose. I chose to not finish my treatment cause the front desk is the gatekeepers of the business."
