"My Dr was unavailable the day they scheduled me so they gave me a nurse practitioner. I went in for an ear infection that had me bed ridden for a week. This guy just got a nurse to flush my ear and gave me ear drops. After 2 days of no improvement and the pain feeling worse, I emailed him and he responded "that it wasn't a miracle cure and won't fix it right away." I was pretty aware it wasn't going to clear up immediately, but I was also not expecting the pain to triple after receiving their "help." I ended up just going to urgent care across town and the Dr saw how bad it was and gave me antibiotics and pain medication and it felt better the next day ."

"I had two occasions to use Sansum Urgent Care in Lompoc this year and they were both fantastic experiences. The staff did a great job of communicating with me, made sure I understood the process and provided detailed follow-up instructions for post-care. The only drawback is being required to wear mask during care. Overall I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent care."

"The Dr. That replaced Dr Husain is a complete joke. I don’t know where this guy got his medical license but must have been in the Caribbean or a third world country. I have a special needs son and this guy seemed very clueless about the situation. We needed some simple blood work done to take him to therapy and this guy refuses to help us. I will never go back to this circus show again never seen such clownery in the medical field before. What a terrible place."
