"This morning I called the radiology department to see if I can schedule an appointment for an X-ray. They stated that X-rays are only available by walk-ins and not by appointment. I checked-in and I waited in the lobby...it took 75minutes to be seen!"

My guide today, Teresa Childers, was great: friendly, despite her self-described 'grouchy' mood, or maybe she's just not competent at being grouchy. Which would make it the only thing she's not competent with. Efficient without feeling hurried, clear in her explanations, made it as easy as possible. If MRI is what's needed, she is excellent."

"I don’t often write reviews, but under the circumstances I came across this morning I have to. This morning I had an appointment scheduled at Samsun Radiology on Pesetas Ln. at 8:30AM, I arrived at exactly 8:15AM to go through the necessary protocols in order to enter the building. I continued to check in at the radiology desk at 8:20AM in which I found the front desk staff to be rude and dismissive. The man who was checking me in stated I wasn’t on there schedule and that my appointment had been changed to “Pueblo Radiology” he did however offer to call to see if they could still see me, but I never received a phone call/text from Samsun stating my appointment had changed. And the man had no answers for me and basically blamed this mix up on me. Also he stated “Pueblo Radiology” not “Samsun Radiology” on Pueblo Street (2 different radiology offices). Very very confusing, dismissive, rude and truly didn’t care, as well as disorganized. I feel The Samsun Network to be inefficient & disorganized... two of the most dreaded attributes in any business/medical organization. I am sad that we as a community live in beautiful Santa Barbara with such an inefficient medical organization. I will be seeking all medical needs through the UCLA medical group going forward!"

"BAD STAFF. THE PERSON WHO CALLED MY NAME SPOKE LITTLE ENGLISH. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE BEGING TOLD TO HOLD YOUR BREATH. DID THEY KNOW THAT THEY WERE TELLING A DISABLED PERSON. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ALL OF THE STAFF. TH EY SHOULD NEVER FORCE A DISABLED PERSON TO HOLD THEIR BREATH FOR EXTENDED PERIOD OF time."

"Phlebotomist Adam is by far the best man at this lab. I hate getting my blood drawn because I'm very difficult draw. This guy made my first impression of this lab a lab I will come to for all my blood work requests. I can come to this lab with ease knowing I can request Adam who must have had great school training or a really good school where ever this guy learned!!!!! Thanks ADAM YOU ARE THE BEST EVER Man.
