"These guys are terrific. I'm getting up in years now and they are helping me heal from one injury to another. They're always pretty much on time and have me in and out of there quite quickly. I've really appreciated the variety of doctors I've had for various ailments and they're all been terrific. And I really like the nursing staff and reception as well."

"FANTASTIC Doctors, nurses and technicians. Horribly rude receptionist. (SCOLDED) I will never forget taking my 73 year old father to this location for his broken leg, which was a stressful experience on its own. After wheeling my dad through the long line and hallways I had made it to the front, where I was told that I had been waiting in the wrong line and that I must go to another line adjacent and cut right to the front of said line where a female receptionist would take me next. I then pushed my father in his wheelchair past a long line of people and was then immediately bombarded by the female receptionist who yelled " WHAT ARE YOU DOING. YOU DONT GO TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE HUH, YOU ARE NOT BETTER THAN THE REST OF THESE PEOPLE, YOU DONT GET TO CUT EVERYONE ELSE,YOU GO TO THE BACK, THE VERY BACK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!" in the loudest way possible in a room full of people and a fully packed line going out the door. I was in shock because she clearly was not understanding that I was just following the instructions given to me by her co worker. After being scolded in front of a full waiting room and humiliated, I struggled to push my fathers wheel chair through the tight corridor back to the end of the line. The receptionist did not even give me the chance to explain myself due to her loud voice and immediately took the next person in line who was standing next to me and went on to brag out loud about how her job "doesn't require a college degree, but it requires patience and a heart"...what a joke. I will never forget this experience, and she is an absolute SHAME to the health care industry and clearly demonstrates a lack of introspection and common sense. I don't care about standing in line twice, but what bothers me is how this receptionist scolded me and belittled me by speaking over me in a loud way using her volume to try to intimidate me and silence me from responding back. (cant imagine what her partner has to put up with) P.S - took my father 3 months for his leg to heal, I had multiple bad run in's with this specific receptionist. I have since complained to corporate."

"Chad and Martin (PAs) have helped me stay active with bi-annual knee injections over the past 4 years. I am in and out, never waiting more than 5 mins! Their billing team and Cecile Brown have gone to bat for me and helping with any insurance hurdles and the clinical staff go above and beyond! This whole crew truly care about their patients needs and it shows. The facilities are brand new, sparkling clean and right off the freeway. Highly recommend the Sansum Ortho team!"
