"I had an appointment with my normal gyno (not PP) which got cancelled day of because the nurse practitioner was absent. When I tried to reschedule, they told me the next available appointment was six months out!! So I made an appointment with planned parent that same afternoon. The wait time was very long, but the staff were all very helpful and respectful. I was able to get a diagnosis and prescription at the appointment, and only paid $.98. Thanks Planned Parenthood you rock!"

"Went in to get a standard STD test. Was able to also continue my HPV vaccine course. Sara Thurman was the NP in at the time - they took my BP multiple times as it was high (stage 2 hypertension). My regular GP had always ignored it, writing it off as whitecoat hypertension as I'm generally quite healthy. Sara assured me that I should advocate for myself with my doc. A week later I'm being treated by my GP for this (genetic) issue. Thanks Sara and PP :)"

"The doctor didn’t introduce her self at all. I couldn’t tell what she was doing in my room as she wasn’t wearing the “doctor attire.” ”They also charged my insurance for tests never got done (since my veins didn’t want to bleed). For my other test results, I never got a phone call or a letter saying everything was okay. Call the office to pay a bill (found out I owed them through my insurance) their billing department never answer my call it just went to vm. Tried calling couple more times at different hours each time but same thing happened and finally left a voicemail but till this day no call back either. Avoid this place."
