"First I want to compliment (before I complain)- The staff is amazing! My PA/NP J’Nisha is the Best ever and her medical assistant Dulce is the Best too!! Complaint- Not sure about the hours here tho…stopped by on a Saturday at 11:22am and they weren’t open…? It states hours are til 12:00pm even on their front door. There was no note saying otherwise so I’m confused. I just needed to drop off some paperwork for my PA, so I didn’t have an appt. Bummed. Otherwise this place is usually really awesome!"

"I went in to get a new prescription. The doctor that was seeing me said that I needed a physical in order for her to give me the prescription. I got the physical done and a couple months went by and I heard nothing. When I called, they said that the doctor that examined me is no longer working at the clinic, and that there was nothing in my notes about the prescription that I came in for. They wasted my time, they wasted my money, and they gave me no solutions. Now, I have to rush and find another doctor, because I have no more medicine."

"Tried to get treatment for covid and there was no telehealth appointments for weeks. Asked for the next options and they didn't ask anybody just stayed quiet, I wasn't being rude just asked what could I possibly try now. The least they could do is say maybe try calling this pharmacy or your insurance. Like even I came up with that. This clinic is awful."

"My friend was PA here and gave me the inside scoop. They pay the providers nothing so they’re the bottom of the barrel when it comes to quality of care. If you have a 1pm appointment, expect to wait at least an hour on average before being seen. If you dare calling, it will be at least 30 to 45 minutes of nauseating hold music before someone that can barely speak English answers the line. Awful management is an understatement. Last time I was here I saw Dr. Wilson for a terrible bacterial infection of my lungs. I could barely breathe. He was very nice, however, he told me it was nothing serious, refused to prescribe me a z-pack or run any tests, prescribed me inhaler and sent me on my way telling me we go away on its own. As I suspected, after seeing a specialist at Sansum, Dr. Metzger, who gave me competent throughout diagnosis, ran a culture, determine that indeed, I did have a serious bacterial infection in my lungs which required the Z-Pack. For anything more than a minor issue, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You will not be care properly at this place."

"It’s been four days since we requested approval on our son’s medication refill. I called the office twice yesterday and begged them to get the doctor to simply sign off on it (he has been taking it for a year and the signature is just a formality). They promised TWICE to get it done that day and call me back. But no call and no approval. Their doctors are great, but the office staff and response times are honestly the worst."
