Cottage Urgent Care - Goleta - Calle Real

"Sweet people at the desk, but when you’re waiting 40 minutes and going nowhere with someone in pain (wheelchair, 8 of 10) is disgusting and dishonorable. I believe the staff knew the person needed an MRI and not X-rays for a painful Achilles or calf tear. At least, they should know, but I think Cottage doesn’t mind getting paid in both places. They did not recommend Cottage ER where they have those machines (not here!). We figured it all out on Google and not through the care (do they care?) at this place. Cottage ER took him immediately (absolutely no wait) and ran the tests. Lesson: Do your research before going here. They obviously limit themselves as they are very passive in assistance."

"Great and efficient team! It was refreshing to be treated so well especially after what I had to deal with waiting who knows how many hours and NEVER getting a call back from the Cottage Urgent Care on Upper State. I ended up giving up and went to Calle Urgent Care and they were so helpful. Upper State still never called to follow up with me or to make sure I was seen. Thankfully I decided to go elsewhere. Denise and Chris PA were awesome and made my son feel so comfortable. Thank you!!"

"What an amazing establishment I believe a person has to experience it for themselves to understand the magnitude of how this location has separated themselves from the rest . Words truly can't express how safe, and relaxing this location is. Upon arrival the place was pristine, offering complimentary beverages (water and coffee station). I was greeted promptly without hesitation which is a plus in my eyes because that means the receptionist was attentive to all those who walk through the doors. I admire how the staff are friendly, respectful, and informative in regards to any questions I had during my visit. Everyone at this location stood out to me. For Goleta and surrounding residents this is and should be the only option to go to for the best emergency healthcare treatment one can get. Trust me this location does not disappoint."
