"We may eventually get help. Just getting an appointment is a long multi-step process of calling, waiting for a pho e call back (not quickly) then getting a phone appointment to sign up. As a parent with an adult child who desperately needs help it's been a nightmare."
"If you are struggling mentally.. Don't call these people.. Been calling for a month and can't even talk to anyone.. If you tell I'm available after 2 pm, they call before 2pm. When you call back they aren't available. I tried calling other places but they all refer back to this place.. There is no one else unless you have big bucks. And I don't. I'm stuck. Mentally psychotic, violent urges and Severely Depressed. And all I can talk to is a receptionist who thinks everything she says is funny."
