"Went it yesterday because I’ve been feeling way too sick for me to have a cold took a COVID rapid test the day before came out positive told Dr.Jonas and he said I didn’t look sick enough for it to be COVID dismissed my COVID test I asked for and told me it’s a sinus infection but did no testing of any kind, it’s upsetting to not be taken serious now I feel even worse and took another rapid test and it also came out positive, not satisfied at all with his service."

"24 hour wait. You need to set an appointment before you need urgent care. The receptionist told me the definition of urgent is 24 hours. On top of that, there were three cars parked outside."

"I developed severe infections on both feet and legs and a temperature of 104.2. Yesterday my daughter drove me to the Urgent Care facility, and since some of my symptoms were similar to COVID (I've had both vaccination shots), we were told to drive around back and a nurse would meet us there. In a few minutes we were escorted into an exam room at the back. Dr. Jaspal Dhaliwal examined my legs, then called in another doctor to confirm his diagnosis. They then developed a treatment plan which included strenuous cleaning of the affected areas, treatment with topical antibiotics and an injection of antibiotics. The nurse who carried out these treatments, whose name I believe is Kylie, was very thorough, professional and personable. The entire stay lasted a bit less than an hour and everyone involved was very knowledgeable and professional. Today my temperature is back to almost normal and the infections have already shown signs of subsiding. I am very pleased with the treatment I received at the Urgent Care facility."

"Went for injury to foot, just barely sat down when I was called back. Staff were all very friendly and communicated well the process, PAC was quick waited about 5 mins from time intake, waited bout 15 mins for X-Ray tech. Bout 20 mins. After for results and PAC showed me where the fracture was. Gave me a boot and out the door I went! I think for Urgent care was an excellent visit! It was very clean and professional. I highly recommend if anyone needs urgent care attention!"

"Had a great experience recently at this clinic. I was expecting a long wait when I showed up without appointment for an urgent care matter but was very pleasantly surprised when I was called to a room within just a few minutes. I figured I was going to wait again for a doctor but again, pleasantly surprised. I was quickly and efficiently treated and was back on my way within about 25 minutes. This was at 3pm on a Monday so kudos!!"
