"Adventist has really gone downhill. The Avenal West office is horrible. They are understaffed as far as providers go, and the office workers don't care about the job they're meant to do. They will cancel and reschedule appointments without warning, and will take off several hours before the time they are actually meant to close."

"Bad experiences. Dr. Garcia Cervantes, Luz prescribed one of my siblings exactly what we asked her not to prescribe because it didn't work. However that's what she did 5 minutes after we asked her not to. She comes off as upbeat but apparently we have worn her patience down because she seemed standoffish due to frequent visits because of her seeming inability to diagnose the issue. We are being referred to a specialist, finally. Be weary of this doctor."
