"I just got off the phone to talk about and possibly reschedule an appointment that I have scheduled in a few weeks. I thought I was being a good patient calling so early to reschedule and discuss. Lady on the phone was so rude and abrupt with me and I am sitting here a bit stunned. I have been going to Dr Limberg for a few years and was getting ready to have surgery there but that lady made me never want to call this office again. :("

"LASIK Results = Stellar Customer Service = LOL I received LASIK surgery from Dr. Limberg ~8 years ago. The results were fantastic. However, my vision started declining, so I called back to schedule a touch-up. I left multiple voicemails and no one returned my calls, so I found a new doctor. I finally received a call today (months later) requesting $25 to send my new doctor my medical records. I’ve never been charged for requesting medical records from other doctors. This is particularly insulting since they never returned my calls and I spent $5K at the office. I advise opting for a doctor that is more dedicated to customer service."

"A new comer to the area, I had an emergent eye situation and was scheduled in to be seen by Dr. Limberg with in 2 hours of my phone call. I was treated nicely from first phone call through office visit. What I thought was remarkable is this: A clean, beautiful peaceful waiting area, and an office person came out to check patient line up and greet everyone in the lobby and let us know what the line up to be tended to would be. Turned out , that was the Doc. Warm greeting, eye contact ( tempted to pun ), knowledgeable and understandable explanation of my malady, questions anticipated, were components of a positive experience."
