"I have only felt compelled to write about 3 reviews. Dr. Kromhout’s exceptional bedside manner, attentiveness, and thoroughness deserves a shout out. Dr. Kromhout is the only male doctor I’ve felt comfortable being genuine and vulnerable with. He really listens, and the appointments never feel rushed. He will make sure to answer all of your questions, and does a good job of describing with enough detail to feel confident, but not so much one gets overwhelmed. He also let/helped me “catch” my own babies, which was a crazy amazing life event!!! I have also visited the midwives for annual exams, and all my experiences have been positive. Gentle, reassuring, and helpful. I don’t understand the reviews discussing the office staff. First, I disagree that they have an attitude; they are no-nonsense, not rude. Secondly, this is a medical office, not a service or retail establishment. It is baffling to me to review a doctor’s office on anything other than the quality of medical care offered. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Kromhout and the midwives!!"

"This is the best place to go for having babies and all your after care! Dr K is an incredible human being. He saved my son’s life by delivering him via emergency c-section (a real one, where we had to get the baby out now or baby won’t make it). Dr. K also manages my hormone replacement therapy, and agrees to prescribe bio-identical creams, which has significantly improved my health and kept me much younger and healthier. He also actually does the hormone testing, in an accurate way, which determines everything from vitamin D levels to abnormalities in your endocrine system. I am guessing that the negative reviews on here were regarding staff that has since been let go, since I have not had any issues like those indicated previously at all."

"Creating Harmony is hands down the best gynecologist I have ever been to. Everyone there is extremely welcoming, professional, and very personable. No matter which doctor I see there, they take the time to listen to my concerns and make me feel heard. They are very knowledgeable and always give objective advice/treatment. I can’t express in words how refreshing it is to find a gynecologist that has made me feel as comfortable as they do. I have never had anything besides a great experience there and I’m aware that is strange to say about a gynecologist but I promise you won’t dread when you have appointments or exams at their office."

"Creating Harmony was great back when i was a patient about 6 years ago, although the doctor did not end up delivering due to an emergency situation, the midwifes as well as the doctor were thorough, professional & informative during my visits. I referred a few pregnant friends back during my pregnancy. 6 years later....I got a call from a collections agency regarding a $150 bill from the office, which I had never received statements to my updated address , and apparently the office manager KRISTI, if thats what you could even call her, informed me that she allegedly called me once back in January 2020 (which i do not recall)......one time & didn't bother to offer sending me a detailed breakdown of what the charges were or get an updated address on file to send something over so that i could review it and settle the account. I called her to get an understanding on why she didn't call me again and follow up from jan 2020 to December of 2021 to ask for payment before sending me straight to collections. Her attitude was absolutely vile and disgusting and she hung up on me mid sentence after asking if I received an EOB , before I could even ask for her to resend it so i can settle the account. If I could give her a 0/10 on this review I would. Do not go to this practice unless you are ready to deal with your billing with this awful woman Kristi."

"Doctor K is fantastic and honestly if I was rating him alone it wounder be a solid 5 without hesitation. However, the ladies who answer the phone bring the practice down to a 3. Rating them alone would be a zero, but since I cannot do that they even it out to a three. In the past I used a midwife and never thought I would have a doctor, but since we delivered twins we were forced to. Wonderful doctor who walked hand in hand with us. I ended up with mastitis after delivery and have called nearly every day for three weeks and the office staff would not get me seen or to someone I could talk to. I eventually went elsewhere. We are about to start another pregnancy journey and as much as I want Doctor K to be the one to walk with us again, the gals who book the appointments scare me and we will be going elsewhere."
