"I've been going here for about 10 years. Over the years, I've seen it all... the good and the bad. I could write about how insensitive the staff can be at times. Or how they don't give me any hope of recovering from the diagnosis they gave me 10 years ago. This place is simply A JOKE. I have no idea why I continue to go."

"They are understaffed and the staff they have available seems to go on vacation once a month! Don’t bother calling front desk they are RUDE. If you finally get yourself a councilor after a 6month wait list it’s a joke. I couldn’t talk to a real person if I tried, or you finally get a councilor and they RETIRE AND NOBODY TELLS YOU! If you want medication for anxiety or depression this isn’t the place for you. I finally get a prescription and it will only cost me OVER $3,000!!!! The med manager knew there’s a paper to fill out for cheaper and they are lazy!! This place doesn’t really have employees and will make you feel like you lost hope in the world. DO NOT seek help here it will just make your problems worse, and waste a year of your time."
