"After struggling to find a psychiatrist I felt comfortable with, I finally found Psychiatrist NP Terra Clayton. She is great - seriously. She closely monitors all prescriptions and their effectiveness, genuinely cares about any changes in my mental/physical well-being and is incredibly understanding! The office staff is always responsive and polite. I've even been able to schedule appointments via text which has been super convenient. Definitely recommend the Bauman Clinic for your mental health needs."

"Dr Bauman is doomed to have an under-performing practice as long as she employs her current front office trash. 9 out of 10 times they don’t answer when you call. Leave a message? Maybe if the voicemail box is not inevitably full. Get a call back? Yea right. And if you do get someone on the phone (I say someone because they never announce themselves and twice have given me fake names based on call backs) they are unbelievably rude, curt and absolutely unhelpful. Their mannerisms make it clear that they are simply there collecting a pay check (silent quitting?) and are not interested in supporting Dr Bauman’s practice, her patients or growing their own skill set and experience. Perhaps the doctor remunerates her employees poorly and therefore is stuck with sub-par support staff. Either way it is not difficult to simply be courteous to your customers (which patients ultimately are) vs being ignorant and rude for no apparent reason. Due to this I have withdrawn from treatment and moved on to an organisation who can respect human decency."

"I do not recommend Bauman clinic. The woman running the office should be reported to the better business bureau. I was told they accepted my insurance they collected a co pay. My next appt charged me the no show fee, i did not cancel within their cancelation policy, which I understand but then randomly charged me $265 without sending any invoice to my house just from saving my card on file.I still have not received any bills to my email or address that I’ve requested. I work in healthcare and am familiar with billing, their processes are suspect. She is also rude and in knowledgeable. I was told before my appt they accepr my insurance only to find out later they don’t because the front desk lady confused anthem with bcbs. Their services are not worth the hassle."
