"The two young girls there do not know how to approach the customers or bothering to ask if there’s anything else the customer needs when you’re just literally standing there waiting. Poor management. Horrible customer service!!"

"Every time I go get my dumplings which are my absolute favorite things to buy from here there is always a cashier named Raquelyn G. That always makes sure to personally make my dumplings because she knows exactly how I like them cooked well done on the grill . She deserves a raise."

"My food was good and tasted fresh. But I have to say this place lack customer service. Gina, the cashier who took my order, was very rude and had an aggressive tone. When I walked inside the store she was eating in front of the register, she put her plate away to take my order. She rushed me like she had some better place to be. She started making sounds on the counter with her long fake nails. I also saw another cashier coming from the back sucking on a lollypop. Don't know what the owner's expectations of "customer service" are, but sure don't meet mine. I won't be coming back to this location."

"This was the first time I've been to this location. As you can see in my photo I got a bandaid in my food, I was order #147 on a Saturday night and I tried to call upon biting into the bandaid, no one picked up. The fountain sodas were flat. A majority of the workers were not wearing masks and obviously not wearing gloves. I won't be going back to this location."
