"I ordered on the wingstop Wes site at 10:28pm. Says it’d be deliver in 34-36 minutes. At 11:25 I noticed, the store had not updated the order status so I politely called just to make sure my order was received. IMMEDIATELY the phone employee gets defense and says “respectfully we are just cashiers and cooks , we don’t control DoorDash through our site” I said I’m not asking for delivery updates I’m simply ensuring the store received and order can you not even confirm that? He looks for my ticket and says I have it and can issue a refund. I said “so is my order not ready” he gets belligerent and says “YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT HERE” I have never been talked to so rudely , I asked for a manager he says “my name is George and I am one?” This customer service level is ridiculous and not sure who in the heck promotes a manager with that attitude."

"Went in for National wings day and Lucero was awesome. Food was fresh and quickly prepared and she has a great attitude and lovely customer service. The two cooks in the back were working super hard when it went. This was at around 6pm today. Definitely recommend this spot."
