"I love how it’s not far from me but the care needs work. Every time I have gone I waited over two hours long. I tried telehealth but got scolded for using telehealth by my doctor at the time. She didn’t care I am a stay at home mom and it’s hard to get sitters for appointments over two hours every time I have to go in. She wanted to prescribe be antibiotics and couldn’t tell me why. Her visit notes did not match what we would go over in our visits. And her referral team take forever to refer out, and was not covered by insurance when done so. I think with some adjustments they could be really good there. But I had to switch unfortunately it was too much trouble for me and my family."
"Horrible! Dr only spends 10 second with you -_- Had to switch doctors ASAP and my new one actually more than ten minutes with me where she couldn't even take 10 seconds. I wish Google had a 0 star option because I would give it. Going to ask my entire family to please see a doctor that cares about the well being of their patients and not just be in it for the money. Not once did she even bother to tell that I should be taking a probiotic while taking antibiotics. Just wanted to be done for the day as soon as she could. Horrible! There are other MFAs in the area including: Merced, Delhi and Atwater. Go where they are not!!"
"This clinic doesn’t take patients seriously. It is so difficult to book an appointment or being seen by a Dr. I called to make an appointment and they couldn’t schedule it for me but what’s even funnier is that they told me to come in as a walk-in, which I did. I went in and they told me “sorry but we are not accepting walk-ins”. A total joke. This is not the first time it has happened to me but it will definitely be my last. Not coming back to this place."
"I went in for kidney infection while passing stones. The Dr sent me home with a general antibiotic that they give most of the time but she assured me that she would have a lab check to be sure it was the right one. I haven't heard back from them but now I'm incredibly sick and know for sure that it didn't work. I'm left with no choice but to go to the ER. Nobody is in the office 2nd of January for New Year. I pray I'm not septic. UPDATE: It's one month later and the infection is back AGAIN! I obviously need a specialist. Hopefully they'll take me in and take this more seriously before I end up septic again. I get I'm not an easy case so I don't judge too harshly. I have a rare kidney stone disease. UPDATE AGAIN. it turned out this wasn't MFA 's fault at all. They did what they could but this ended up going to an infectious disease Dr at the hospital ER with a septic infection and a stone obstruction on my right side. I currently have a tube hanging out of my back draining the kidney. My MD at MFA is doing her best to get a urologist to help me. I'm so thankful for the help. Dr Chughtia is a caring Dr and has truly done her best to help me through this. No matter how many times I'm in the office they ALWAYS care for me. Again I'm a rare kidney disease case called Cystinuria. S. Virk"
"Would not recommend either of the doctors. Dr. Chughtai continuously misdiagnosed my mom a couple years ago. Something that any physician should’ve easily caught, she brushed off and made it seem irrelevant. This nearly cost my mom her life. Fast forward to this year, this time we decided to give Dr. Shabbir a shot. Worst. Decision. Ever. He is incompetent, acts like he’s helpless and limited to what he can do for you. Your PCP should the very least know your medical history and try helping you. I would give them zero stars if I could."
