"After being in a car accident the ER recommended myself and 2 other members of my family (my husband and daughter) to follow up with our primary which is this clinic who continuously will only address “one concern per visit”, and for whatever ridiculous reason this office refuses to see any of us in relation to the accident."

"I had no option for a zero. I went to this Dr for a couple of years. Anxiety and blood pressure issues. They would only prescribe a months worth of meds at a time my insurance coved 3. The doctor asked me who I seen there every month I would say you. She would say it wasn't her she didn't remember me. She would have to check my chart. Omg seriously. She would let my phyic meds run out and not refill til I could make a appointment every month I have no car and live in outskirts of hilmar. I now have a new insurance and no more going to that place which was always way to hot a breeding ground for germs and dirty. I do not recommend going there"

"The doctors are great and make you feel comfortable, my girls enjoy time there too. But some of the staff mainly the front office nurse they always have a bad attitude. Or give off that, i hate my job kinda vibe."

"Nurses are cool. They focus on their job & do well at it. The phys. though not at all, took my children (ages 3 & 4) in today & weren’t accepted because it was walk-in..doesn’t make sense to me if they accept walk-ins. Have had bad experiences with myself going in to get attended also"
