"This is going to be a long one but it’s for the parents. I just want to start off by saying that I usually don’t have any issues with my experiences here. I mind my own business and leave things as is. Recently though, my experience has been unacceptable and need to warn others so that it doesn’t happen again. I have visited Dr. Apolinario twice already for my then 9 month old son, now he is 10 months. The first time was unpleasant as she was not friendly to babies, and it was apparent. Totally fine, let it slide since it may have been a busy day, a lot could be happening. Anyway, she pushed for 9 month vaccines at the time, stating that he was not up to date. She TOLD me he would be getting the flu vaccine as well, she didn’t ask me. She left the room without acknowledging if I had any questions. I told the nurses who would be administering the vaccines that I don’t feel comfortable with him receiving the flu vaccine as he was already receiving 3 and felt that that was enough. She understood my concern and left the flu vaccine out. My son got sick during Christmas/New Year so we brought him back to be seen. He was seen by other doctors and my husband said they had 10/10 service and that they were all great (none were Dr. Apolinario). He had a follow up today (1/10), in which Dr. Apolinario tried to set him up to get vaccines AGAIN… for a follow up visit! She said they were not up to date and that he needed his SECOND dose of the flu vaccine (I had declined the first but on their records it stated he had received it. He didn’t though because I was there.) Anyway, I declined them because he had JUST received his 9 month ones last month! I said I’d bring him back. She tried to storm off, she literally turned around when I said I’d bring him back, and tried leaving. I asked if we were done as she was walking out, she told me to wait. A nurse came in with my after-visit summary, and that was that. I later reviewed my sons vaccination records. It turns out they not only administered his 12-15 month vaccines at the 9 month mark, but they OVER vaccinated. They administered an extra round of Polio and an extra round of HEP B that was never necessary. 9 month vaccines don’t even exist. I am not anti-vax, by all means, but my God is this crazy. I am outraged and called to complain but got nowhere so far. I am writing this review to alert other parents to not allow Dr. Apolinario or any physician to do the same. My son did not have to go through the extra hassle and did not have to deal with the pains of getting vaccines he never had to in the first place. Had I let him get his “needed” vaccines today, he would’ve had 5 extra vaccines he did not need!!! Just beware because this is terrifying!"

"I’ve worked in medical and have never had to wait 30-1 hr on the phone to schedule an appointment and I have worked in medical calling facilities nationwide for many years. Half the time I can’t get through and end up just going in to schedule an appointment. Very frustrating when you’re handicapped. If that’s not enough, I have had to wait 6-9 months for cardiac or neurology appointment’s and follow-ups. Please find another facility if you have emergent medical issues. It could be the difference in living or dying for some people."
"wait times are ridiculous!! front desk is slow sometimes really nice other times rude. receptionist that check in for labs the two older ladies are rude and talk smack about patients one of them forgot to check me in went to lunch and came back didn’t even notice o was waiting over an hour until she saw i was mad. the doctors are worse residents do the best job since they are eager and passionate but i guess with years they just show up for the check. They don’t listen and only see what they want to see I took my 9 year old daughter for tummy issues and because she is skinny they made a big deal and stop looking for answers as to why her tummy hurts and would not listen to her concerns this clinic is a total joke"
