"We were committed to nursing to give our baby the best we could but it was really hard! Whenever my poor wife tried to latch baby on, "kicking and screaming" was literally the description. He also arched back and used his skinny arms and tiny hands to push away the breast, so much we thought this little man just hated the breast and loved the bottle! My wife continued to pump and bottle feed for 6 weeks. Occasionally, she succeeded in nursing the baby (only in football hold). Then she saw Sylvia.
