"I would not recommend this dental office at all. I felt after the first service which included a Crown. Since the office thought I was was their faithful Patient, they completely dropped the ball on Customer service. My filling came out and I reached out to them. Their Front desk Lady supposed to call me back. I never Heard back from Her Through phone, No missed calls, No text or even an email. I waited for few days, called back got hold of the Dentist herself. Instead of further looking into that I have not heard from their front desk, Since I was thinking she might have called the wrong number, which could be an honest mistake. The Dentist her self seemed kind of upset and said I saw her calling you. But if you called me why there are no records of it at all and where is the voice message. I feel this office did not care that the patient had a filling out, and totally acted since they have my x-rays now I am bound to go back to their office only. Truly disappointing customer service and care for their existing patients. Now I have to go look for a new dentist ."
