"My husband, an Army Vet, & I have been going to this location since it opened. We had a few issues right after covid but they are back to great service. We are in and out. Of course there are times when we have to wait but it's usually 10-15 minutes. Thats ok with us. I do know many of the older Doctors are there part time, which is fine. Keep up the good work. Shout out to Ms Rose in the business office. Shes very helpful."

"October 13, 2023 appointment. I waited after checking in, and after 30 minutes nobody called me while you can see that it wasn’t busy at all. It happened 2nd time already. They disregard appointments and value of patients time. How can the doctor missed appointment. I wouldn’t see Dr. Albert Liang anymore if I were you."

"Seek mental health treatment at bldg 520 at Palo Alto, directly during business hours. The clinic at San Jose will block access to psychologists. They've also cut mental health providers job titles and hours. The social workers there will placate you and have no idea what service members go through or think. Be forewarned you won't get attention there until till you reach extreme conditions like suicidal, which they've had multiple suicides. Horrible feeling all around going there like they work against you."
