"The building is fantastic. If customer service was better, it would be 5 stars. They need the staff from the Great Oaks location. At VA Great Oaks, they were extremely helpful and very nice. Not the case at the new VA location on Silver Creek. Also there is no food donation container at the Silver Creek location. When I asked, the person was rude and no recommendation where I might donate canned goods for homeless Veterans. The VA at Great Oaks were always happy getting my donations and were always helpful. It's disappointing that such a beautiful facility does not have nicer customer service."
