Called customer service got an appointment for 9 15 today. That never happened. What a terrible way to treat people. You have my money though. If you didn't want to treat me then tell me! "TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This was a terrible experience. The medication that was recommended and prescribed was extremely expensive at around $1,000 a month and it was injections. This was not explained to me by the provider during my appointment. I cannot afford $1,000 a month for weight loss medication and I do not know very many people that can either. I’m also extremely afraid of needles. Neither was explained to me. So I basically received nothing. They still got my $179 for the initial appointment though! Update! After initially posting this review of my experience with MEDvidi I was contacted by them apologizing and offering another appointment. I said as long as it was a different provider then that’s was fine. I then received an email notification showing another appointment with the same provider. I called and emailed customer service several times and the appointment was never changed or cancelled. I then contacted customer service requesting a refund and they outright refused. STAY AWAY!!!"

"They were quick and concise with my appointment, I had some technical issues with my phone and the doctor was very understanding and in fact offered some advice on how to fix the technical issue. She also was very understanding on how I have been feeling and listened to my problems. Then offered clear advice in terms I could understand. They have a fantastic system that followed me through the entire process and kept me at ease. I would never go anywhere else."
