"(Very bad experience) Just be careful if you want to choose Sutter Health for an OBGYN visit. I had an appointment with Dr. Bhogal at 9:15. I arrived at the clinic at 9:00. First, they made me wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes, then a nurse came and took me to the examination room. I waited for Dr. Bhogal for another hour, and after all that time, she came and told me she had an emergency and can't visit me (after 1 hour and 45 minutes). I asked for another appointment with another doctor, but they said they only had one appointment available and that no one else was free, "without even checking the schedule of the other doctors." If you decide to go to the OBGYN at Sutter Health in Samaritan Ct., be prepared for a very disappointing service where no one seems to care about your time."
"My wife just had an amniocentesis done here. We were both very anxious going into it, but the staff (especially Dr. Wong) was very compassionate and professional. We left the office feeling like we were in very capable hands, which is so so appreciated during a pregnancy with medical unknowns."
"Wouldn’t recommend this facility. This place is not warm or welcoming, let alone helpful. Had my NT scan and the tech was rude, no bedside manners at all. Alissa Shook was already in the room, didn’t say hi, or introduce herself at all. I had to ask to find out she was the tech. She was frustrated from the beginning and It made for a very stressful experience for me as I wasn’t sure if there was something wrong with the baby. When we asked questions she responded so rudely - “I’m measuring I can’t talk right now”, “hold your breath” “that’s not helping”. Didn’t walk us through what to expect or what she was doing."
"I’ve been coming to this location every since my 12 week NT scan. Everyone has treated me very good and they are very welcoming. The place is impeccable clean, and I always feel safe using their facilities. I have my next appointment tomorrow and I can’t wait to see my baby again. Always a great experience."
"I had an extremely poor experience at this location. The front desk ladies are extremely rude, impatient and non-professional. I am 8 months pregnant and here at the office for my growth scan. There is no seating outside the door to wait. You call on the number to check in. I did as directed, i was being asked abt covid questions, which I was responding to and they rudely told me "i have a list of questions to go over mam" cause i kept saying "no" "no" to the questions they were asking me. The kind of tone they used with me was as if they are getting irritated. Absolutely pathetic if you treat an 8 month pregnant woman like this. After 5 mins I called again to see how long the wait is. They said go sit in your car there is a wait we will call you. I said yes thats why I am calling cause I can't stand outside for too long, thank you. And they hung up? No sorry no thank you and no bye.. how can you be a phone operator/front desk person when you don't have simple manners to answer a phone call. I am so so disappointed by the customer service. The tone and rude behavior totally put me off. Please provide your front desk faculty a customer service class. So they learn to be polite, patient and warm to the patients, esp pregnant woman."
