"I won't be returning to this urgent care. Despite understanding that emergencies take priority, waiting over an hour and then being informed of an additional hour or two wait was too much. The front desk receptionists were unprofessional, discussing their private lives loudly. Their remark about a departing patient not having an appointment was particularly unbecoming. I opted to leave and went to AFC Urgent Care instead, where I was seen within 15 minutes of signing in. If I need urgent care again, I'll choose AFC."

"My wife went to this office and waited for 2 hours in the lobby. After entering inside, waited for another an hour for only doctor assistant showing up. The assistant asked some normal questions and sent my wife to the hospital emergency department. Is this a real emergency care facility?!?!"
