"Ms Wright, my physical therapist, is knowledgeable, makes certain she understands my condition and concerns by asking the right questions and listening. She gives my exercises that challenge but don’t cause further injury. I began showing improvement very quickly. She noticed issues (balance, waddle walk…) to help me before I even told her they were a concern. She is also very personable and approachable. Skyport Kaiser is a beautiful, clean facility with easy access and parking. After three months, I added this info to my review: Ms Wright was very skilled in assessing my situation; she did so by reading my charts, asking me questions, and observing my walking, strength, balancing, and other movements. "The doctor that saw my child was really great, even my child was happy, when the doctor asked us nicely to leave for a while, so he can privately talk with her, she told me he was so nice and funny, she felt confidence with him, asked me to change her to this doctor, so we did. He's very compassionate, he paid attention to our concerns, he did a thorough check on her, he even discussed with us some of the questions of the questionnaires we filled out before the appointment, we have always filled them out but never discussed the questions, but he did. "Compared to other Kaiser Permanente location, this looks new and modern. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located next to San Jose airport and next to 101/87 intersection. It’s only 4 floors so not as extensive as the much bigger San Jose hospital, but for the services it offers, this is my new favourite Kaiser location."
