"Come for appointment 40 min after the time they arranged — it’s the only way that you will wait LESS. They don’t accept patients in time, always late. Also desk women are really rude."

"The dentist assistance took several times x-ray for me without letting know that she did something wrong and this the reason why I received extra x-ray. Unprofessional, rude, not polite and very bad service. I'll better not come back."

The staff, nurses, and dentist were the kindest, gentlest, that I've ever know. I was still very scared, but that was me. Despite this, I have never felt so safe, or cared for, in a dentistry office. They went above and beyond to explain to me what was happening, and what I could expect."

"stay away from this dental clinic!!! I booked an appointment using my Medical Dental Program. When I arrived they did a few x-rays and dentist gave me a referral paper to a private clinic. She refused to do the treatment in this community center. I then went to the private clinic that I was referred to only to find that the same dentist runs that practice. she told me I will have to pay $3000 out of pocket to do my treatments. I refused and went to another dentist to did the treatment with my medical insurance. The Foothill Health Community Center is very unethical because they won't serve the patients..they just schedule patients to then refer to their private clinic."

"Extremely stressing out on my daughters medical insurance approval taking forever to go through which contributed to her being really late on her immunizations . I went to different clinics which they wanted to charge me money I did not have or give me a appointment in a few weeks. I stumbled upon this little clinic that wasn’t too appealing to me BUT LET ME TELL YOU the staff members in this clinic were awesome ! They seen my daughter the same day. The assistant that gave my daughter immunization shots was extremely fast and professional and kind to my children and I . She didn’t criticize or scold or ask a bunch of question on why she was so late on her shots . She gave my baby seven shots and explained everything she was going to do before she did it . My daughter is up to date now and they schedule appointment for a physical exam and dental appointment for her . that’s amazing NOW My baby is going to see a dentist next week really made it a lot easier for me . My son has me super busy on all his medical problems and specialists he has to see I don’t think I would be taking her to dentist so soon BUT LIKE I SAID THIS LITTLE CLINIC IS AWESOME AND THE STAFF IS GREAT .
