"Tina at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! I needed my medical records from back in 2003-2006 era and called first on how to attain it. I moved about an hour and a half away from the area and Tina mentioned to me that I have to sign a release form in person so I came the next day and that my records would be mailed to me in a couple weeks. By the time I arrived at the location, Tina provided me with a letter summary of my medical treatment records(which works great for what I needed) and then I still signed the release form for my medical records to be mailed to me. I thought it would be a hassle trying to get my records from over 20 years ago but Tina assisted me with ease and empathized on my long drive just to get there for that. I’m so grateful and I appreciate you Tina! We need more people like you in this world. You are very much appreciated. Thank you kindly for making this a smooth process"

"Very high tech place. New and clean. Top of the line. But they are still very unorganized. Patient come in at 7am and doesnt finish until 12:30pm even though there are very few patients. Come in and wait for awhile to see doctor. Then wait another hour to get medicine. Then wait another hour to take medicine infront of the doctor for verification. Why not just combine the process when the medicine is handed out!!?"
