"Is it possible to give a NEGATIVE star review? This is the WORST health service I have EVER tried to work with. Their service can literally mean the difference between LIFE and DEATH! And they are incompetent, untrained and uncaring. My husband is on enteral feeding--nothing by mouth. His last refill order was totally screwed up and he is one day away from running out of formula. In trying to get it straightened out over the last two days, both I and our doctor have been given wrong information MULTIPLE times, transferred around to people who KNOW NOTHING and require a "start from the beginning" with every call. Every screw up requires another phone call. Wait times on hold have been as much as an hour and it has been taking several phone calls to try and get help. Leaving a "call back number" is a waste of time. More than 5 hours and no call back. This is the THIRD time in 10 months we have had to deal with this incompetence for CRITICAL service. My husband cannot run out for a Big Mac when he's out of formula! Worst of it is -- THERE IS NO FREAKIN' ALTERNATIVE. So if you have to deal with Coram, consider yourself a HOSTAGE, not a client."

"UPDATED: THIS HAPPENED FOR A THIRD TIME Twice now I've ordered, been promised the order would be out in a few days, only to wait over a week while I ran out of food and had to purchase from Amazon out of pocket. Once they needed a whole new prescription because they lost ours after only 6 months. Today we are on hold for over 20 minutes to get the run around yet again."

"Waited 2+ hr and still waiting for status on my son’s NG tube supply! Horrible service for essential supplies for medical condition!"

"Coram keep sending the wrong items, and it takes at least 25 min each time to make an order. Sometimes I can't even find someone to answer my call. I just want same things every month. Pull up my previous order and send me the same things!!! No, they want special description every time for every single item! Ordering a monthly supply should be easier than this. I am dealing with a special needs child, they should be more empathetic. Why they cannot provide online orders??? Why do I have to wait on the phone that long each time?? Why they keep sending us wrong items?? I’m very frustrated with Coram."

"Apparently this new company is starting on a wrong foot, here in the bay area. They aren't wanting to give my friend all the medical supplies she needs for her grandson."
