"FIVE stars for DR. COSGROVE she is a very good doctor, she explains everything very well and is very professional and patient. ONE star for the staff which never seems to know what is going on in the office and do not know how to explain themselves on the phone, very fustrating and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied, YES true they do help when you have no medical or are transferring medical but other than that I would not choose them."

"My daughter was extremely late on her immunization shots her medical took forever to get approved . I starting looking for clinics that would see her most of them wanted money or give me appointment in a couple of weeks . I stumbled upon this little clinic . It’s wasnt too appealing to me BUT LET ME TELL YOU the staff inside this little clinic are amazing . The assistant who administers the vaccines was fast gentle and she explained everything she was going to do before she did anything . The clinic treated my family with respect and I was done less than a hour . I NOW HAVE A APPOINTMENT for her to get a physical next month for my daughter . But this is even more amazing this tiny clinic Aslo Schedule a appointment for the dentist next week .i can’t express how relieved I am now that my baby is up to on her shots and has a dental appointment next week . Thankyou foothill for helping my daughter get the medical appointments that she needs thankyou so much !"

"Terrible. Id give no stars if I could ! Walked in never been here before and no greeting what so ever the entire walk to the counter. The front desk and whoever sits behind her were mean mugging the entire time, I smiled and still nothing. Acted like we were interrupting something. Wanted to check if my husband's medical was active and after letting us know it was not the receptionist just stared at us awkwardly instead of giving any insight on how they could assist us more and never asked if we needed anything else ! Never going here again and will never recommend. Why work in a place where you need to speak to people directly if you have no customer service skills. We called three times prior so we wouldn't have to go there for no reason and each time the lady told us someone was on the line and to call back in five minutes which we kept doing and kept getting the same response, just to drive over there and walk in and see them all just sitting there. Horrible place !"

"The receptionist and Medical assistant were nice but the physician assistant was horrible. The PA who seen me had a hard time talking English and lacked people and communication skills. Over talking me not allowing me to state my reason for coming in. when I did get my point across it was totally ignored and over shadowed by comments of how much she is educated and how much I don't know what I'm talking about when it's my body we are talking about. She did not even try to understand my history or get to know me just ran off with her opinion and written up a prescription.. these type of PA kill people.. be ware.. maybe the doctors are better"

"Best clinic and healthcare service I've experienced! My 3-year old daughter stuck a little jewel sticker up her nose. Dr. Steven and Dr. Kim both examined my daughter's nasal passages. They were very patient and kind to her. They even made her smile and laugh. We had a very positive experience here."
