"Super rude way of conducting business when it comes to paying. I was waiting while my dad paid for two massages, one each for himself and my aunt. As the other reviewer said, they expected over 20% tip. The way they communicated this was to hold out the money he had handed over as tip and ask if this was for one massage (the amount was exactly 20% of the price for two massages). When my dad said it was, they started laughing and speaking to each other in another language as though they weren't in the middle of accepting money for tip, while my dad stood there. He added a little more money, which led to more laughter and one of the ladies going into the backroom to laugh and talk to the other person in there. Anyway, we're never going back there. Also! One of the masseuses kept reading and answering texts on her phone. During the massage. I'm from an immigrant family; speaking other languages is not the issue here. The issue is the ridicule and rudeness presented by clearly talking about people in front of their faces. 0 stars."
